Shipping Policy
General Information
To ensure your order is properly delivered, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate. This includes using the correct abbreviations, street numbers, apartment or suite numbers, and any other relevant details.
Sticker Tuned is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided at checkout is inaccurate or incomplete.
We offer:

$5 Flat-Rate Shipping on all orders throughout the U.S. and internationally.

Free Shipping on orders of $30 or more, both in the U.S. and internationally.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period that is separate from the shipping time. Orders are typically picked, packed, and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once an order has been picked and packed, it cannot be canceled.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, you’ll need to request a return or exchange once your order has been delivered.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
Our standard shipping rate is $5 flat for all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days.
Orders of $30 or more qualify for free standard shipping with the same 7–10 business day delivery window.
We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable carriers depending on your location. Sticker Tuned may choose alternative carriers at our discretion to ensure the most efficient delivery.
Your final shipping cost and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Claims
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days of the marked delivery date.
We will help you work with the carrier to locate your package. However, Sticker Tuned is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier, and we cannot issue refunds or replacements for such cases.
Missing Items
If any item from your order is missing, please email support@stickertuned.com.
We’ll confirm whether your order was shipped in multiple packages or if an error occurred.
If an item is missing, we’ll replace it free of charge and provide a new tracking number once shipped.
Tracking Orders
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automatic email confirmation with tracking details.
Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout, as it’s required to receive tracking updates.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 2–3 days after placing your order, contact support@stickertuned.com for assistance.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
Sticker Tuned reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

Cancellations
Orders are immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing once they are received.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that time, or once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed.
If you wish to cancel after that window, you may still request a return after the item has been delivered.
