Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return for a refund to your original payment method. This applies to both domestic and international customers.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, you can return it to us at no charge, and we will issue a refund after inspection.

To start a return or exchange, please email support@stickertuned.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Order number

  • Reason for your return or exchange


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email support@stickertuned.com.

Include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item along with your name, email, phone number, and order number. Once we receive your request, we’ll contact you to arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.


Returns

We gladly accept returns for items received within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

A return label will be generated after you contact our support team and your request is approved.

Returned items must be new, unused, and have original tags or packaging attached.


Prepaid Return Labels

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Sticker Tuned will provide a prepaid return label.

  • If you’re returning an item due to buyer’s remorse (a change of mind), the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.


Cancellations

Orders are sent to our fulfillment center immediately after being received. You have 24 hours after placing an order to cancel it.

After 24 hours, or once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. If you no longer want your order, you may request a return once it arrives.


Inventory

All items listed on our website are available for purchase.

If an item becomes out of stock, it will be labeled as Out of Stock and cannot be added to your cart.

Our inventory system prevents the purchase of out-of-stock items.


Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Sticker Tuned reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • Irregular or excessive return history

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity for the same reasons.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, email support@stickertuned.com with the item you want to return and a link to the product you’d like in exchange.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Return labels are provided for incorrect, defective, or damaged items, but not for buyer’s remorse.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you via email and issue your refund back to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account after processing.

Sticker Tuned is not responsible for returns or shipments until they reach our warehouse. Please keep your proof of postage, as we are not liable for packages lost or stolen in transit.
